Trotec Support Request Process
First Step:
Send an E-Mail to support@trodat.co.za with the following details:
- Company Name
- Contact Person
- Contact Details
- Machine serial number (either on the yellow label on the inside left of the machine or on the black plate at the back of the machine).
- Complete fault description. More information is better. Include photos if possible.
- Add a service file to the E-Mail attachment.
Some Things To Note:
- You will receive a support ticket number.
- All communication will happen with this support ticket number as a reference.
- Once the problem is resolved, this ticket will be closed, however, should any further issues arise, the process would need to start again from the First Step.
- If the information is not received, innaccurate or incomplete as per step one, this will delay the whole support process in us trying to pull all information from you.
